Requests for removal of above standard trash (i.e. files, boxes, and shredded paper) must be made through the Management Office. The building does not have a trash dumpster available for disposal of extra trash, therefore; it will be necessary to coordinate the trash removal through the building’s janitorial service. No trash, boxes, etc. should be put in the common area hallways due to fire code restrictions. Prior notice must be given to the Management Office to facilitate the removal of these items in a timely manner.
Boxes and extra trash should be marked with an orange “BASURA” sticker. You can request these stickers by calling the Management Office at (713) 337-5556.
