Normal hours of operation are 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM Monday through Friday and 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM on Saturday.
The Building Holidays observed each year are listed below in order to aid your planning operations during the year:
- New Year's Day
- Memorial Day
- Independence Day
- Labor Day
- Thanksgiving Day
- The Day after Thanksgiving
- Christmas Day
The building and Mangement Office will be closed on these days and certain services will not be provided.
A Courtesy Officer will be on duty during each of these holidays. Should you require any cleaning, heating, ventilating, air conditioning or other special services on any of the above holidays, please contact the Management Office at least 48 hours in advance or enter a work order request by clicking here. Building Staff will make every effort to provide you with the requested services. Your firm will be charged for services provided on these days. We will be glad to furnish you with an estimate for these services.
After hours, weekend and holiday access to the building will be granted only with an assigned access card. For further information regarding access refer to “Maintenance Requests & Forms” section of this website.
