Smoking is prohibited in all areas of the building, which shall include, but not be limited to, the following:
- All elevator lobby waiting areas
- All public corridors
- All rest rooms
- The main lobby on the first floor of the building
- All internal stairwells
- At least 25 feet from all building entrances.
There shall be no exceptions to the non-smoking policy. This non-smoking policy is conforming to Federal Law and is deemed to be in the best interest of the safety, care, security, good order and cleanliness of the Building.
As of January 1, 1995, smoking is prohibited in all enclosed work places (your Suite). It is the EMPLOYER’S RESPONSIBILITY to enforce this law. Therefore, it is your responsibility to inform your employees of Assembly Bill AB 13.
Violations by any Tenant or their employees of the non-smoking policy referred to herein shall be deemed to be a breach of the terms and conditions of that Tenant’s Lease and shall be dealt with in accordance with applicable law.
