Delivery, distribution and pickup times are determined by the Post Office and are subject to change. The times are posted at the drop box location.

It is tenant’s responsibility to notify the post office that you have moved into the building in order to have mail delivery service commence.
If your receive mail that belongs to another tenant, please bring it to the Management Office and we will see that it is delivered to the proper suite. For any information or problems regarding mail service, you may contact the Debora Sue Schatz Postal Station located at 2909 Rogerdale Houston, TX 77042.
For general information call (800) ASK-USPS or (713) 785-6478 or go online at www.usps.com. Business Hours are Monday-Friday from 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM and Saturday from 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM. Last Daily Collection on Monday - Friday is at 5:00 PM, and Saturday at 4:45 PM.
The Management Office will assign a mailbox to each tenant and will be responsible for notifying the postal carrier of the box assignment. Each tenant will receive two (2) mailbox keys free of charge. Should additional mailbox keys be required, please contact the Management Office.
Federal Express, and UPS mail drop boxes are located in mail room. Please check these drop boxes for pick up times. Any other pick-ups or deliveries should be scheduled to be picked or delivered directly to your suite. Packages should not be left at the courtesy desk in the building.
