Maintenance Requests
All Standard requests from tenants, such as listed below, should be made by your designated Primary Tenant Contact to the Work Order System and will be completed as written per your lease. The Tenant Liason is responsible for entering the work order for any above standard requests and must sign for any charges that will be billed back to the tenant.
Work Order Request can be made for:
- Temperature adjustment
- Plumbing issues
- Overtime HVAC
- Access Cards
- Lock changes / repairs
- Suite keys
- Light out
- Carpet Cleaning
- Special Cleaning Services
- ALL janitorial requests
All requests entered into the Work Order System will go directly to the Engineer and Building Management.
