If the temperature in your office needs adjustment, please enter your request into the work order system. The request is immediately dispatched and assigned to Management Office personnel.
The standard hours of operation of the heating and air conditioning systems are 7:00 AM - 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday and 8:00 AM - 1:00 PM, Saturday. Requests should be made for any HVAC needed outside of those hours through the work order system. When making this request, please state the dates and times in which you will need the after-hours HVAC. This service is charged on an hourly basis. Each Tenant's lease states the specific amount as to what is to be charged back to the Tenant.
All requests for weekend HVAC needs to be requested by 3:00 PM on Friday. If Engineer receives HVAC requests for the weekend after 3:00 PM on Friday, there will be an over-time charge of $50/hr at a minimum of 2 hours.
